- Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $68.
- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $68, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied.
- Shipping Time: Our standard shipping typically takes between 10 to 15 business days to arrive at your doorstep. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the carrier's current workload.
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. After processing, your order will be shipped via the most efficient carrier.
- Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's journey.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will update our policy once international delivery becomes available.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every product you purchase from MYSHIMI! However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return and exchange process.
- Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition for Returns: All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Items that have been washed, worn, or altered will not be accepted.
- How to Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@myshimi.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the return process.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake made by MYSHIMI (e.g., wrong item, damaged product).
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us, and we will help facilitate the exchange.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including sale or clearance items, gift cards, and personalized products.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by either offering a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
